Legal origin
Verify mining title, authorised operator or lawful supply channel, permits and transaction authority.

Divitia structures access to mineral and precious-metal opportunities through a verification-first operating model: legal origin, counterparty due diligence, physical verification, controlled execution and destination-ready documentation before value moves.
Divitia Minerals & Precious Metals
Our value proposition is not simply to introduce a seller and a buyer. We organise the evidence, controls and sequencing required for serious parties to evaluate a transaction before committing funds, releasing goods or assuming regulatory risk.
Verify mining title, authorised operator or lawful supply channel, permits and transaction authority.
KYC/KYB, beneficial ownership, sanctions and adverse-risk checks proportionate to the transaction.
Independent inspection, weighing, sampling, assay or parcel verification appropriate to the commodity.
Structure payment, custody, release conditions and documentary milestones before value moves.
Cameroon resource focus
Cameroon is recognised for mineral occurrences and deposits including gold, diamonds, bauxite, iron ore and cobalt. Divitia evaluates opportunities individually; inclusion here is not a representation that Divitia owns a licence, mine or inventory.
Raw or doré gold opportunities considered only after source, seller authority, assay route and transaction documentation are verified.
Rough-diamond transactions require lawful provenance, parcel verification and Kimberley Process compliance where applicable.
Project, offtake and strategic-supply opportunities evaluated against title, grade, logistics, infrastructure and buyer specification.
Potential upstream, offtake and industrial-development opportunities subject to project-level technical and legal verification.
Opportunities assessed with heightened source, environmental, social and responsible-sourcing diligence.
Other industrial minerals may be reviewed when the legal source and commercial specification are documented.
Regional reach
Divitia may assess opportunities in the Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo and other regional markets only transaction by transaction. Cross-border sourcing requires enhanced checks on source legality, exportability, sanctions exposure, transport, customs and destination requirements.
Gold transaction protocol
Each step must be documentable, verifiable and connected to the next.
Identify seller, beneficial owner, mandate chain, legal capacity and authorised representatives.
Confirm lawful source, mining or trading authority, origin records and relevant fiscal/export documentation.
Agree secure inspection, weighing, sampling and assay with an acceptable laboratory or refinery route.
Fix product form, quantity, assay basis, pricing formula, Incoterm, destination and tolerances.
Set documentary conditions, custody, banking channel, escrow or other agreed release mechanics.
FOB, CIF or refinery-based execution only after legal, physical and financial conditions reconcile.
Diamond transaction protocol
For rough diamonds, Divitia requires verifiable seller authority, legal provenance, parcel inspection and valuation, documentary continuity and the applicable Kimberley Process certification before an international buyer should rely on the transaction.
Transaction controls
We seek established refiners, bullion buyers, diamond houses, industrial users, trading groups and other legally verifiable counterparties. Divitia organises a defensible transaction file and execution sequence — not a process based on photographs, promises or unverified documents.
KYC / KYB and beneficial ownership
✓Mandate and authority-chain verification
✓Mining / trading / export document review
✓Sanctions, AML and high-risk red flags
✓Independent assay / inspection pathway
✓Product custody and handover controls
✓Banking, escrow or controlled payment mechanics
✓Incoterm, customs and destination-document alignment
✓Buyer-controlled onward logistics after verified export handover at the agreed port or airport.
Seller-side freight and insurance where documents, carrier and destination conditions are independently acceptable.
Delivery to an agreed refinery or secure processing point with assay-linked settlement mechanics.
Operating principles
No transaction proceeds without a defensible origin and authority chain.
Precious-metal value is tied to an agreed verification and assay method.
Goods, documents and payment conditions must reconcile before final release.
Regulatory & due-diligence references
Exact requirements remain those of applicable law, competent authorities, banks, refiners and the destination at the time of each transaction. Public references support diligence; they do not replace transaction-specific legal verification.
